Hotel Ariandri Puncak

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, as it is close to the Safari and a petrol station. the rooms are comfortable, with a cozy bed and a couch for relaxation. the view from the hotel is breathtaking, offering a magnificent sight of the mountains.

The bathroom facilities could use some improvement, as the floors are slippery and the tiles are not suitable for the bathroom.

Stunning Views, Friendly Staff and Accessible Location During my recent stay at a hotel in Puncak, I couldn't help but be awed by the picturesque scenery that adorned the vicinity of the hotel. the scenic beauty is beyond description; with misty peaks and hills, it was indeed breathtaking. the staff is commendable; friendly, warm and helpful. the location is a key advantage; close to a petrol station and a convenience store, so you can quickly restock your essentials without long-distance travelling.

Poor Room Amenities, Inadequate Lighting and Noisy Maintenance Regrettably, my overall experience was marred by the lack of basic amenities in the room. the room lighting was inadequate, with one or two lamps missing or broken, and the washbasin clogged in one of the toilets.

the view from the rooms was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the beautiful mountain scenery was truly a treat. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure that all our needs were met and provided great service throughout our stay. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms, such as the comfortable beds and the air conditioning, were definitely a plus. It made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and maintenance was apparent.

Amazing mountain views! The fog rolling in and the peak of the mountain were simply breathtaking. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near a petrol station and a convenient store, making it easy to get any last-minute necessities. The room itself was comfortable with a cozy bed and even a couch to relax on. And the simple check-in and check-out process was a breeze.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The bathroom floor was quite slippery, which made me feel a bit unsafe.

I didn't even need the air conditioning because the cool mountain breeze was so refreshing. The staff at this hotel were very attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The basic amenities in the rooms were comfortable and I had everything I needed. Additionally, the location in the bottom area of the resort was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.
